Elaine manages the overall upkeep of the property along with larger projects such as replacement of outdated or worn systems such as the HVAC units. Managing the many vendor contracts for landscaping and cleaning and other, along with ongoing inspections by the fire department and health department are part of Elaine’s work as well as a monthly meeting with the lay-led Buildings and Grounds committee regarding both large and small projects. She manages Lee Cousins, Saint Anne’s Sexton, utilizing his plumbing and fix-it skills to keep things in order. Elaine is a lifelong active member of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church and serves on various committees for the Diocese and Camp Mikell. In addition to church work, Elaine serves as a tour guide at Truist Park and is a big fan and supporter of both the Atlanta Braves and her alma mater, the University of Georgia.
