Buddy came to Saint Anne’s during our transition to serve as our Interim Rector. After three years as interim and Priest in Charge, Vestry called him to be Rector of Saint Anne’s. Buddy is active in the life of the diocese where he has served as a member of the Standing Committee, board member of the Diocesan Foundation, the Diocesan Benefits Committee. He is currently a Search Consultant for parishes in transition and a faculty member for Learning 2 Lead, a program for newly ordained clergy and clergy in transition. Buddy is a retreat leader, mentor, and supervisor of seminarians, and assists laypersons in discerning possible calls to ordained life. When he is not working, he enjoys reading, walking, cooking, and traveling with his partner Eric. They live in Brookhaven and enjoy the company of their Wire Fox Terrier, Sophie.
