Summer Volunteer Hosts are needed on Wednesdays (and one Tuesday)
Hosting is an easy way to be a part of this ministry-we need a friendly face to welcome co-op members, unlock doors and hold doors as people head out to load their cars. The co-op members do all of the heavy lifting, set up and clean up. Please join us at Saint Anne’s to host the co-op members for one of their bi-weekly meetings. Please note that in June, there is a TUESDAY meeting on June 18th instead of on Wednesday in observance of Juneteenth. This is an opportunity that works well for any age member of our parish! For parish members with youth looking for summer service opportunities, the Urban Recipe Warehouse offers many 2 hour shifts each week for one-time visits. Volunteers usually help to sort or pack boxes of food at their westside location. It is a family friendly way to get out into the community and to support our community partner.
